Krelvone Credentials

Certificates
that
matter
to employers

Earned, not handed out. Each Krelvone certificate represents documented competence in interview techniques — structured questioning, bias control, and candidate evaluation. Employers recognize these credentials because the assessment behind them is rigorous.

What each certificate covers

Structured around four competency areas — from foundational interviewer awareness to advanced panel facilitation and bias auditing.

All assessments take place within live seminar sessions. There are no multiple-choice shortcuts — evaluation is based on applied demonstration.

Foundations of Interview Structure

Covers the architecture of a well-formed interview — question sequencing, time allocation, and opening rapport stages. Participants demonstrate a complete 20-minute interview framework before assessment.

Entry level

Behavioural Questioning Methods

Focuses on STAR-format questioning, follow-up probing, and reading candidate signals. Assessors evaluate both the question quality and how interviewers respond to evasive or incomplete answers.

Intermediate

Bias Recognition and Mitigation

Addresses confirmation bias, halo effect, and affinity bias as they appear in live interview settings. Certified participants can identify these patterns in their own decision-making, not just describe them theoretically.

Advanced

Panel Interview Facilitation

The highest-tier credential. Covers multi-assessor coordination, role division in panel settings, and post-interview calibration protocols. Participants lead a full simulated panel session with peer evaluators present.

After completing the bias recognition module, I noticed my shortlisting decisions became more consistent. The difference was visible within the first month back at work.

The panel facilitation cert was the most demanding thing I had done professionally in years. Not comfortable — but the discomfort is precisely what makes it worth having on a résumé.
